So i just left Costa Rica after an incredible visit!   Punta Mona was a delight!  things seemed to be running so smooth.  Why couldn't it be more like that when I was living there full time.  The farm looks sooooo great and the jackfruits.... forget about it.. they are dripping.  I am soo proud of the crew down there.  Its amazing how the energy of the crew there actually fully effects the way the actual plants feel.  Wow thats some deep stuff, but it really is true.  Also Zak and my dad came down along with the Feldmans and we made some big strides with our new farm outside of San Jose in San mateo de Orotina.  We actaully harvested 6000 kg of Dah-licous mangos which we brought all the way to Cartago to have them dried.  YUM!!!  

So now I aM IN miami visiting the fam and will head tomorrow to the Bay Area where I will spend the week getting ready to drive the bus across country. That's right SF - NY.  June 9-11 we will be at the Health and Harmony festival with the bus in Sonoma and then we will drive directly to the Bonaroo festival in Tennessee.  At both we will be demonstrating our bus and showing off our fabulous Veggie system.  This will be our longest trip yet!  Then we have a Whole Foods meeting in Chicago on June 21 where we will be presenting Koplai to that region.  And then were off to New York.  On June 26th our TV show Premieres on the Travel Channel.  8 Pm primetime baby.  The show is about where food comes from, from the field to the plate.  I am the host and the 1st episode was filmed in Costa Rica with lots of cool Punta Mona footage including some of Padi.  So that is our next bit.  i will be with Zak and Dave Miller and Im sure some others as well on our cross country trip.  We plan to arrive in NY on @ 24th and stay till the end of the month.  Love to all and thanks for staying tuned in to this website.  We will start doing a lot more of this!
